Non-EU yachts owned by a non-EU company with a non-EU resident ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) can benefit from Temporary Admission for private use<\/i>. This allows them to avoid paying VAT on the hull for a continuous period of up to 18 months.<\/div>\n
